Unbox The Bible helps you to take your non-Christian friends on a journey. It invites them to explore God’s word & explains the Christian message. There are free Christian resources to print off and Bible quizzes too…
The Jouney
The main part of the site is aimed at those who are either new to Christianity, or are searching. We try to make the tone quite informal and avoid Christian jargon. But we don’t patronise, over-simplify things or water down the Christian message
Each page has a similar pattern. There is a main focus, but then a “Next Steps” section. This is an extension, and will be different for each page, but generally we try to encourage the reader to take the next step on their faith journey. That might be contacting a Christian friend for a chat, joining a local church, considering being baptised or sharing their faith with someone else.
At the bottom of each page there is then a suggestion of where to go next.

On this first page we don’t prescribe a set reading plan, but offer general advice. We encourage people to read at least one gospel and then acts. We point them to Jesus and encourage them to read their Bible everyday.

This has a video outlining the gospel message. It’s not apologetic, so there may be some questions afterwards. It aims to explain the saving message in the Bible. It emphasises that we are saved by grace. Jesus will either be your saviour or your judge.

Here we encourage people to turn to God’s word in times of need. In several places on the site it is stated that Jesus does not promise us an easy life, but that God is faithful. We encourage people to read Bible verses in context.

Here we look at what makes us who we are. We focus on our new identity as adopted children of God, an identity which is received, and not achieved.
The last page is for Christians who want to share their faith wth those around them. It includes free print-off resources to help.
Bible Quizzes
This section is mainly for fun, but it’s designed to help increase Bible knowledge. Many quizzes have a ‘going deeper’ question at the end. They can be used for personal use, small groups or within churches. They come in different difficulty levels.
